Out of School Club - Delves Den

 

 

Delves Den Out of School Club

Our Out of School Club, Delves Den, is run by our qualified staff.  We offer 

morning and afternoon sessions each day during the school week.

Morning Session 
7.45am - 8.55am

Afternoon sessions are available from  
3.20pm - 5.45pm

(Our after school session is available to be booked in one of two options 3.20pm - 4.30pm or 3.20pm - 5.45pm. )

Aims and Objectives
We aim to provide a high standard of childcare for all children within the 
Delves Federation. The setting is a safe, stimulating environment, where children can take part in a variety of experiences.

Our Staff

All our staff are committed to providing a secure and friendly atmosphere for your child. They regularly attend training courses to update their knowledge and experience. There are First Aiders present at all times.

Policies
All terms and conditions of using Delves Den are provided to parents prior to booking a place. All policies and procedures are available for parents/carers to see, and it is the parents/carers responsibility to read these.
If you have any concerns do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff.

Behaviour
All children are expected to play and share together and follow our friendship rules.

A typical day in our Delves Den – Before and After School Club
Before school club 7.45am – 8.50am

During this session the children are offered cereals and toast or similar before they start their school day.
Breakfast is available until approximately 8.35am therefore giving the children time to get ready for school.

Afterschool club - until 5.45pm

The Children are collected from the main school building at 3.20pm and are able to spend some leisurely time with their friends.
A light snack is available for those who get a little hungry.
Please note the opening and closing times for all our sessions. These times must be adhered to for the safety of each individual child. Parents need to inform the Club if they anticipate being late to collect their child, there is an additional fee for late collection.


If you wish to cancel your child's session permanently please give us two weeks term time notice, otherwise fees will still be payable. A cancellation form is available from the club staff or from the Infant School office.

Swapping Sessions
Can we remind you once a session is booked, that session needs to be paid for, we do not swap sessions,
if you require extra sessions they can be booked if places are available.
