New Reception Parents 2023/2024

Thank you for attending our information event on Tuesday 6th June.

 

Please fill out all the forms in the clear plastic wallet, that was inside your information pack.

As well as the forms, we ask you to bring the original birth certificate for your child as well as a current utility bill. This will need to be addressed to yourself and needs to be dated within the last three months.

 

All paperwork needs to be handed into the school office before 26th June 2023.

Please note our office opening hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm.
