School reopens for Reception on Thursday 3rd September 2015.
Fri 17 Jul 2015School will reopen for Reception and some Nursery classes (Please check the front of your new starter admissions pack to confirm your transition days and times) on Thursday 3rd September 2015. -
School reopens for Nursery, Year 1 and Year 2 on Wednesday 2nd September 2015.
Fri 17 Jul 2015School will close on Friday 17th July at 3:30pm for the summer holiday. School will reopen for Nursery (Check your transition dates on the front of the pack), Year One and Year Two on Wednesday 2nd September 2015. Nursery need to check the front of their new admission starter pack to confirm which day they return on. -

Year 2 Leaver's Disco
Mon 13 Jul 2015Year 2 are having a party to celebrate the end of their time at Delves Infant School. Please bring in a food or drink item to share with the rest of the class.
It is from 4-30pm - 6pm tonight (monday)

Early Morning Reading and Writing Groups have now ended for this term.
Fri 10 Jul 2015Early morning reading and writing groups have now ended for the rest of the term. A letter was sent home last week to inform parents of this. Please ensure your child arrives to school at normal time. -
Carnival Day - Friday 10th July 2015
Thu 09 Jul 2015Carnival Day - Children can come to school in non-uniform today. Activities will be take place during the course of the morning for the children. Parents are invited to collect and sign out their child at 1.45pm from their class to attend the Summer Fayre on the school playground. Once your child has been collected by their parent, they are the parent's responsibility and will not be able to return back into the school building. Toilet facilities will be available in the canteen. Should you wish your child to be collected by somebody else it is important that your child's class teacher is made aware of this when your child is dropped at school.
Please note: The entrance on Botany Road will be closed until 3pm, please use the entrance on Bell Lane.
Should there be adverse weather conditions the Summer Fayre will take place in the school hall.
The carnival will end at 3pm.

Year 2 Performances are Wednesday at 9.30am and 2.15pm.

Nursery Sports Day - Tuesday 7th July
Mon 06 Jul 2015Nursery will hold there sports day today. Your child will take part during their normal nursery session. Parents are welcome to come along and support your child. -
