Little Diggers Admission
We take a maximum of 16 children into our 2 year old provision, 8 children in the morning session and 8 children in the afternoon.
Children are eligible to start at Little Diggers in the term after their 2nd Birthday.
Children can be added to the Little Diggers waiting list at any point. An expression of interest form will be sent to children in the half term prior to their 2nd Birthday if spaces are available. It is the parent’s responsibility to keep school informed of any change to address/contact number once children are on the waiting list.
We take a maximum of 78 children into our LA Nursery, 39 children in the morning session and a different group of 39 in the afternoon session.
Where part time places are not filled we are able to offer 30 hour provision to those families eligible under the Government funding scheme. Children must be 3 by the 31st August to be eligible to start Nursery in September.
Our Nursery Admissions Policy gives full details of the criteria by which places are allocated for both Little Diggers and Nursery.
Our admission number is 90. (based on our Net Capacity Assessment)
Delves Infant School is part of the co-ordinated admission arrangements of Walsall Council.
