  • Outdoor play and learning programme (OPAL)

    Firstly, we would like to thank you for your donations from before Christmas. Your generosity has enabled us to begin to introduce new items to the playgrounds. Across the Federation, we have three playgrounds. Our OPAL journey is beginning with different opportunities being available on different playgrounds.

    With Christmas and the New Year just around the corner we know many families will be having a clear out of old toys and kitchenware. Our new Outdoor play and learning programme (OPAL) is in its early stages of being implemented across both the Infant and the Junior school and we would absolutely love to receive donations of old toys and kitchenware!

  • New Reception or Year 3 Applications for September 2024

    We have now been informed by the Local Authority that the online applications for places in Reception and Year 3 for September 2024 are now open.


    Please note: the closing date for your application is 15th January 2024. Any applications sent after this date will be classed as a late application meaning your child may not get your preferred school.

     

    An information letter from both School and the Local Authority has been sent home today to all current Nursery and Year 2 children.  Parents are advised to read this information carefully.

     

    It is important applications are made as soon as possible as Nursery and Year 2 children do not automatically receive a place in our Reception or Year 3.

     

  • Engineering Club

    Please note: If your child attends Engineering Club as an after school activity - This will be taking place on Thursday 5th October next week, Instead of Wednesday 4th October 2023.

     

    This is due to Mr Lester attending the Kingswood residential trip.

     

    Classes will revert back to Wednesdays after next week.

  • Computing Club - Wednesdays

    Please note: If your child has registered an interest for Computing Club as an after school activity - This will be taking place on Wednesdays after school and NOT on Thursdays.

  • Prospective Reception Parent Meetings

    We are pleased to announce we will be showing prospective reception parents around our outstanding school.

    The dates are as follows and will be held at 4pm:

     

    Friday 20th October 2023

    Friday 15th December 2023

    Friday 12th January 2024

    Places are limited and are offered on a first come, first served basis.

  • Year 2 Leavers Party

    Please remember to bring in party food donations to school tomorrow morning, into the infant school.

    This will then be set out for our year 2 children to enjoy, when they return at 4:30pm.

    Please note: We are unable to accept food that is not in its original packaging due to allergies.

  • Summer Fayre - 14.7.23

    Children may be collected from 2:30pm tomorrow to enjoy our annual summer fayre.

    Please bring plenty of change as there will be an array of stalls and competitions as well as our chocolate tombola!

  • Training Days

    Please note, Friday 30th June 2023 and Monday 3rd July 2023 are teacher training days. 

    This means the school is not open to pupils.

    We will see them on Tuesday 4th July.
